The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Cardoso, states that his job is the second most challenging in the world.
Cardoso addressed attendees on Sunday in Abuja during the commencement of the 2024 First Plenary Assembly of the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria (CBCN).
The assembly focused on the theme, “Synod on Synodality: Key Issues for the Nigerian Church.”
“I will continue to remember that in spite of (my job) the second most difficult job on the face of the planet, this is really something that remains very memorable,” the CBN governor said.
During the event, Cardoso, serving as the Chairman, shared his positive outlook that despite facing challenges, there is hope for a brighter future ahead.
