The Nigeria Labour Congress has planned a two-day series of nationwide protests.
PERISCOPE NIGERIA reports that the protests was scheduled to hold on 27th and 28th of February 2024.
The aim of these protests is to address issues such as the high cost of living and unfulfilled demands.
Furthermore, the NLC plans to initiate a nationwide strike starting in March in order to further emphasise their concerns and grievances.
NLC President, Joe Ajaero, had suggested that labour expects a N1 million minimum wage, following the increasing hardship in the country.
