Brig- Gen. Paul Zawaya, Commander 23 Brigade, Adamawa has emphasised the need for cooperation and collaboration among security agencies to guarantee peace and security of the good people of the state.
Zawaya stated this when he received the newly deployed Commissioner of Police, Dankwambo Morris, Adamawa Command in his office in Yola.

He said the Nigerian Army, Nigeria Police Force and other security agencies complement each other and all strive towards achieving a common goal.
According to him, as such, no agency is superior to another.
Zawaya congratulated the CP on his well deserved appointment, thanked him for the visit and assured him of his maximum cooperation and support.
He added that he operates a 24 hours open door policy of friendship, collaboration and cooperation.
Earlier in his remarks, Dankwambo said, the purpose of his visit was to interact and interface with the Brigade Commander so as to solicit for his support and cooperation after assuming duty.
He stated that security is a collective responsibility and the Nigeria Police Force being one of the lead agency in combating insecurity can not thrive alone hence the need to synergise with 23 Brigade Command and other security agencies.
Dankwambo expressed delights for the warm reception he received with his management team.
He further expressed his appreciation to the Brigade Commander for the cordial relationship the Police Command had enjoyed overtime and stressed the need to forge ahead in the cordial relationship.
