Coach of Shooting Stars Football Club, Gbenga Ogunbote, has lauded his boys for the win against Doma United Football Club at Pantami Township Stadium, Gombe State.
Disclosing this during his post-match conference Ogunbote, described the win as difficult, adding that the team has been working assidiously to get a win away.
PERISCOPE NIGERIA reports that G. Monday scored the lone goal at the 45th minute.
The Gaffer however, attributed the win to hard work and his team’s resilience.
He said, “It is actually difficult but we give Glory to God we won, the win means a lot to me because we have been working towards getting an away win all this time but thank God we finally got it.
“I want to attribute it to hard work and God’s grace We have another game on Sunday.”
Meanwhile, Coach of Doma United Akinade Onigbinde, declined comment over his team’s outing.
