A Kano State High Court has affirmed the decision to suspend Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress.

The court, in addition to issuing an exparte order, also prohibited Ganduje from portraying himself as a party member.
In the court document obtained by PERISCOPE NIGERIA dated April 17 applicants Haladu Gwanjo, Lamido Barguma had the APC, the National Working Committee, APC Kano chapter, Ganduje as respondents before Justice Justice Usman Na’Abba.
Meanwhile, the Publicity Secretary of APC Felix Morka, had dispelled the actions of the ward.
He described them as unscrupulous impersonators adding that they were not recognised.
