…..land allocated when FCT had no Minister
The Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has replied an individual who alleged that his property was demolished due to his Igbo ethnicity.
Wike fired back during a media chat with selected journalists in Abuja, denied the allegation.
Wike disclosed that the land was allocated to the individual by Director of Lands when there was no substantive FCT Minister.
According to him, the businessman who was barred from proceeding with construction following the legal challenges, instituted case against him as Minister and the council.
Wike said, “The land was allocated by June when there was no FCT Minister.”
While commenting further on the claims Wike added, “They think we’re PDP Anambra State where they have a court judgement in their pocket.”
