Commandant Muhammed Bello Muazu, State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Gombe State Command, has received on a working courtesy visit, the newly posted Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service Gombe State Command.
PERISCOPE NIGERIA reports that the Comptroller is Emmanuel Olayinka Akinrinsola.
Akinrinsola was received at the NSCDC State Command Headquarters Gombe.
He informed the State Commandant that the visit was necessitated by the fact that he newly took over the mantle of leadership in his Command in the state.
“Hence, the courtesy visit is to acquaint myself with the NSCDC leadership, to synergise and collaborate effectively as far as security is concerned,” he said.
Responding, Commandant Muazu welcomed the NIS Comptroller for the visit and also commended the commitment of NIS to excellence since its foundation.
He promised a renewed synergy with the NIS towards combating crimes and also ensuring peace and stability in Gombe.
The highlight of the visit was a guided tour of the Command and a photo session.
