Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Yahaya, has sent a high-powered government delegation to sympathise with the Director-General Due Process, Mohammed Babayola, and family members over the devastating loss of their mother.

Conveying the governor’s sympathy to the deceased family at Cham, Balanga LGA, the Commissioners of Internal Security and Home Affairs Col. Abdullahi Bello Talasse (Rtd), and his Youths and Sports Development counterpart Adamu Ibrahim, urged the family to bear the loss as death is inevitable to all humans.
“His Excellency Muhammadu Inuwa received with sadness the news of the painful exit of your beloved mother. It was indeed a great loss to you, your family, the state and country at large this was why he sent us here to sympathise with you,” the governor said.
“Government and people of Gombe State mourn with you and the entire Cham community over the huge loss. May Allah forgive her shortcomings and accept her in Aljannatul Firdausi,” the delegation prayed.
Responding to the visit, Mohammed expressed the family’s gratitude to Governor Yahaya for sending such a high-powered government delegation to identify with them in their moment of bereavement, praying God to reward and bless the Governor and his administration.
Special prayers were offered for the repose of the deceased during the condolence visit.
