Isa reiterated that once payments are disbursed, neither he nor his team will retain control over the cards.

He urged all beneficiaries to ensure they possess their cards to avoid any potential losses and encouraged them to promptly report any incidents to his office or directly to him via WhatsApp.

The statement partly, “My fellow Balanga/Billiri Federal Constituents, you will recall that I recently issued a public statement wherein I asked the beneficiaries of my ATM Card Initiative to reactivate their cards at my Constituency Office in Billiri in preparation for the next phase of the initiative, and I am glad to receive the report that about 1,500 beneficiaries have done as requested.

“However, I have been equally informed that some beneficiaries have reported that their own ATM Cards have been stolen or misplaced or are even in the custody of some people. Regarding these cases, I wish to categorically inform them that when payment is made, both me and my team will have no control over those cards anymore. As such, it is important for all beneficiaries to be in proper possession of their cards so that they don’t fall victim to any unnecessary loss. kindly report any of this incident to my office or directly to me through my WhatsApp number.”

Additionally, Isa announced plans to distribute approximately 2,000 fresh ATM cards to new beneficiaries across the constituency.

He assured individuals who had previously submitted copies of their ATM cards to his office that they could verify their account statuses from Friday, May 10, with the collection for new beneficiaries set to commence immediately thereafter.

The statement advised beneficiaries to verify their names and ATM card numbers at the constituency office or through Isa’s personal assistants or PDP chairpersons in each ward, starting from Thursday, May 9.

Isa expressed sincere appreciation for the unwavering support and prayers of his constituents. He reaffirmed his commitment to serving them diligently by facilitating opportunities and services for the collective advancement of the constituency.
