Some young Edo elites on Saturday, launched an audacious move to get local benefit for resource control over the many resources being exploited by oil majors, ceramic companies, ethanol companies, calling the current regime as slavery.
The publicity focal person of the group called Edo “X”, Mr A. Guobadia said cases will be filed in Court, “Petitions will be sent to the national assembly and conferences will be held to push for the integration of Edo’s in the activities of major companies for resource control and development of our people.”
The platform called on well meaning Edo’s to collaborate with members to stem the marginalisation of Edo’s in the activities of major companies.
