The All Progressives Congress, Professionals Committee of the APC Campaign Council for the 2024 Governorship Elections says its wishes to state on record that the party stands with the Nigerian Bar Association in the quest for the rule of law and even the NBA has indicated that the propaganda being spurred by the Peoples Democratic DP is false .

on behalf of the Professionals Committee of All Progressives Congress Campaign Council, for the 2024 Governorship Elections made this disclosure in a press statement obtained by PERISCOPE NIGERIA.
The statement partly read, “For the avoidance of doubt, the All Progressives Congress is a peaceful party and we abhor any kind of violence .It is on record that the All Progressives Congress (APC), Edo State Chapter Youth Leader Comrade Tony Kabaka, was very much in control of the Youth who matched through the NBA Benin Bar to the Edo State Police Headquarters, on Thursday the 18th of July ,2024.
“The PDP attempt to win cheap political point , by suddenly paying unsolicited solidarity visits to the NBA Benin Bar House , is akin to crying more than the bereaved and being more Catholic than the Pope.”
While urging well meaning members of the public to disregard alleged propaganda of the PDP, “Who do not have any thing else to campaign with .The All Progressives Congress views the Nigerian Bar Association, as a strategic partner on policy matters and the party holds the association,it’s officials and members in high esteem,” the statement partly read.
