The Abuja-based club, through its representative Adamu Usman Ahmed, conducted a successful scouting program involving top grassroots clubs, which was held on Monday, September 9, at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina.

Fifteen (15) players from K/Soro, Kangiwa United,Gawo Professional, and Katsina Selected have been selected by the reigning champions of the International Youth Championship (Dana Cup) during the program sponsored by Honourable Khamisu Ahmed Mailantarki, the club President and CEO who ensured the provision of lively platform for the talented players to make their ways to various professional careers across borders.

The selected players under the leadership of the club representative Adamu Usman Ahmed who is the club’s General Secretary as well as Media Director will travel to Abuja ahead of the main scouting program scheduled to hold in the next coming weeks.

While in Abuja, the selected players will play a series of test games in other to compete for the final session of the scouting exercise under the watch of the club technical Director Manu Garba OON who doubles as the head coach of U-17 National team.

Mailantarki Care FC has so far achieved various successes in players’ career advancement to clubs across the globe, especially in Europe, where many of its players are plying their trade after signing professional contracts.
