Donald Trump has reiterated his stance on transgender policies, pledging to sign a series of executive orders on his first day back in office.

Speaking during a recent event, Trump described his planned measures as a move to “stop the transgender lunacy” and outlined a range of initiatives aimed at reversing policies adopted during the Biden administration.
Among the actions Trump vowed to take is a ban on what he termed “child sexual mutilation,” a reference to gender-affirming medical care for minors.
He also pledged to remove transgender individuals from the military and restrict their presence in elementary, middle, and high schools.
Moreso, Trump stated he would implement policies to prohibit transgender women and girls from participating in women’s sports, a subject that has sparked heated debate nationwide.
Trump’s remarks underscore his campaign’s focus on cultural and social issues that resonate with his conservative base.
