The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Gombe State Command, has expressed deep appreciation to Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, Member representing Billiri/ Balanga Federal Constituency Hon. Ali Isah JC, and the Gadam community for their unwavering support in enhancing security operations in the state through the provision of vehicles.
Speaking on Saturday during the 2025 Civil Defence Day Celebration, the State Commandant of NSCDC, CC Gyama Gyawiya commended Governor Inuwa Yahaya for his unmatched commitment to security, highlighting his donation of three brand new Hilux vehicles to boost the corps’ operational efficiency.

“The government has been supporting us…he just renovated six of our vehicles that has been grounded for some time, and just last week, he gave us another three brand new Hilux vehicles,” he said.
The Commandant also thanked Hon. Ali Isah JC, the Member Representing Balanga/Billiri Constituency, for his donation of three motorcycles specifically for the Agro Rangers unit, and the Gadam Development Association for the provision of a Hilux vehicle, to the division.
He noted that these vehicles will enhance farm patrols, and help to prevent potential farmer-herder conflicts, a crucial step toward ensuring food security and peaceful coexistence in rural areas.
