The Secretary to Government of Gombe State, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, was in Bauchi to attend the wedding Fatiha of Ismail, and his hearthrob Hassana.
The bride is a daughter to the SGS’ son-in-law Usman Ibrahim Biu, a Director States Services in charge of Nasarawa State.
The Gombe SGS was accompanied to wedding ceremony by the Commissioners of Internal Security Lt.Col. Abdullahi Garba Tallase Rtd, that of Energy & Mineral Resources Sanusi Ahmad and the Permanent Secretaries of Youth & Sport Development Modi Shelpidi, as well as Mohammed Galadima from the Science, Technology & Innovation.
Other personalities who graced the event are; security chiefs,the Executive Secretary SEMA Abdullahi Haruna Abdullahi, former Chief Registrar Sharia Court of Appeal Mohammed Bala Ahmad, Directors, All Progressive Congress Chieftains, friends and well wishers.
The wedding Fatiha of Ismail and Hassana took place at the Awala Jumma’t Mosque Bauchi after the announcement of the payment of 200,000 as dowry and the fulfilment of other rites as stipulated by Islamic injunction.
Njodi had while congratulating the newly wedded, couple urged them to build their home on love, patience and trust, praying Allah to bless their marital life.
