Gombe State Deputy Governor, Dr Manassah Daniel Jatau, has received the Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Pastor Dr Paul Enenche, during a courtesy visit to his office. Pastor Enenche was in the state for a crusade tagged “Healing and Deliverance Crusade.”

Jatau expressed optimism that the visit would contribute to reversing some of the negative developments in the state. He emphasised that the presence of revered men of God in Gombe has previously contributed to enhanced security, peace, and development through their prayers and moral teachings.
He recalled that Pastor Enenche was in Gombe in 2022 for the “Light Gombe Crusade,” an event which, he said, had a significant spiritual impact on the state. He expressed hope that this latest visit would yield even greater spiritual benefits and transformation for the people.

He also reiterated the importance of Christian unity, urging believers to de-emphasise denominational differences and embrace one another as brothers and sisters in Christ. Citing the scripture, “That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee” (John 17:21), he called on Christians to avoid baseless criticism and foster understanding and love.
In his remarks, Pastor Enenche said Gombe had been identified as a key destination for his current round of crusades, following visits to both international and local locations. He noted that after his experience during the 2022 crusade, he resolved to return to the state, which has now materialised by divine arrangement.
Accompanied by his wife, Pastor Dr Becky Enenche, he said he was trusting God for the transformation of lives in Gombe, wisdom for the leadership, and sustained peace across the state.
He said by the time the crusade is over Gombe State will never remain the same again but will be full of God’s blessings and prospects.
Enenche thanked the government and people of Gombe for the warm reception accorded to him and his team.
