The State Coordinator of Youth O’Clock Nigeria, Abdulazeez Sani Labaran, described the appointment as well-deserved, noting that Dr Jibir’s leadership qualities and commitment to academic excellence will contribute significantly to the institution’s growth.
The Gombe State University Alumni Association has also welcomed the appointment. Its National President, Dr Buhari Magaji, commended the Vice Chancellor, Professor Sani Ahmed Yauta, for finding Dr Jibir worthy of the position, expressing confidence in his capacity to drive the university’s advancement agenda.
Labaran further assured the support of Gombe youths for both Dr. Jibir and the Vice Chancellor in their efforts to strengthen the university’s development.
