The Forum of Federal Government Agencies in Gombe State has commended the state government under the leadership of Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya for creating conducive work environment for Federal Ministries, Department and Agencies within the state.

Speaking during a courtesy visit to the Secretary to Government of Gombe State, on Tuesday, Chairman of the Forum Comrade Sadiq Ahmed, said providing enabling atmosphere to the Federal MDAs has significantly contributed to the efficiency and effectiveness of their and operations in Gombe State.

Ahmed further assured the state government the forum’s readiness to work in partnership of with the state government for a better Gombe State and the nation at large.

While highlighting some of priorities of the new leadership, Ahmed highlighted enhancing staff welfare and promoting Synergy within MDAs among others, also informed the SGS the forum’s plan to organise its first ever symposium in Gombe State and appealed for government support in that regard.

Responding, Njodi noted with satisfaction the contribution of the Federal Government MDAs in the state and saluted them for complementing the state government efforts in providing services to the residents.

Professor Njodi while congratulating the new leadership of Forum assured the administration’s continued support and enhanced synergy between the state and Federal MDAs and wished the new leadership well in the discharge of their tasks ahead.

In attendance are the Commissioner Special Duties Alh Shehu Yerima Abdullahi, Perm Sec SS& Pol Salihu Adamu Sambo and DG / Perm Sec, Gombe State Bureau of Public Service Reforms Abubakar Hassan.
