The Secretary to Government of Gombe State, Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, has been presented with an award of recognition for his service to humanity and support to the Boys Brigade Nigeria.
The Commissioner for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Dr. Barnabas Malle, received the award on behalf of the SSG during the Enrolment/Reunion Service of the Boys Brigade Nigeria, 1st Gombe Battalion Company, attached to ECWA No. 1 Gombe.
PERISCOPE NIGERIA reports are the event was held from October 25 to 26, 2025.
Speaking on behalf of Prof. Njodi, Dr. Malle appreciated the Boys Brigade for the honour, noting that such recognition would further motivate the SSG to continue supporting the Boys Brigade in particular and humanity in general.
The presentation was made by the State President of the Boys Brigade, Barr. Caleb Ubale.
