Today, history continues in Ilase-Ijesa.
For two decades, an altar has stood—steady, consistent, unbroken. Through seasons and storms, one testimony remains: God is faithful. And this year, heaven’s emphasis is clear—GOD’S FAVOUR.
Destiny is never a solo journey. Every destiny requires help—divine and human. Even Jesus, on His way to fulfilling destiny, “grew in favour with God and with men.” When strength failed on the road to the cross, human help did not disappear—it was compelled. Divine favour opens doors; human vessels carry the burden.
In the house of Jesse, favour was contested. Men and tradition stood with Eliab. The prophet’s eyes leaned there too. But God’s favour rested on the one not nominated, not invited, not considered—David. Father may choose, systems may endorse, but God’s favour overrides process. That unseen favour crowned a man the system never gave a chance.
This crusade is a call to the democratisation of destiny—where no background disqualifies, no delay defines, and no rejection cancels what God has favoured.
