A veteran journalist and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Ben Adaji, has called on the President of the United States, Donald Trump, to sustain military airstrikes against terrorists across Nigeria.

Chief Adaji also urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to treat anyone who speaks or acts against the U.S. military intervention as a terrorist.
Speaking on Saturday in Jalingo, the APC chieftain said sustained U.S. military airstrikes on terrorists in Nigeria would not only help eliminate bandits and their collaborators but also significantly reduce the humanitarian crisis facing the country.
He condemned Nigerians who, either individually or through organizations, have criticized the development, describing such actions as a clear admission of complicity in terrorist activities.
“Those criticizing the U.S. military action against terrorists in the North-Northwestern part of Nigeria should be seen and treated as terrorists,” he said.
“The U.S. military airstrike is the best thing that has happened since the wave of insecurity in Nigeria. I want it sustained and extended across the country.
“Nigerians have suffered enough from terrorist activities. I commend President Tinubu for giving the go-ahead for the U.S. military action, and I urge him to treat anyone opposing this development as a terrorist.
“Those opposing this action should be seen as sponsors of terrorism and should be considered terrorists,” Chief Adaji added.
