Invictus Africa has announced a nationwide call for Data Enumerators to support a two-week national survey on voter attitudes and political participation in Nigeria.
The organisation said it is recruiting three enumerators per state across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), with each candidate expected to cover one of the three senatorial districts in their respective states.
According to a statement released by the organisation, the assignment will last for 10 consecutive working days, from Monday to Friday, within a two-week period.
The survey will focus on voter attitudes, past voting behaviour, and future voting intentions towards women, youth, and persons with disabilities as political candidates and leaders in Nigeria.
“We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Data Enumerators who can support our field operations and ensure the collection of high-quality, credible data,” the statement read. “This survey is critical to understanding public perceptions and strengthening inclusive political participation across the country.”
Successful candidates will be responsible for collecting, recording, and verifying data from two local government areas, one urban and one rural, within their assigned senatorial district.
Invictus Africa emphasised that applicants must be able to adhere to strict data collection protocols, work independently, and commit fully to the duration of the assignment.

“This is an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about democracy, governance, and inclusive leadership to contribute meaningfully to a national initiative,” the organisation added.
Interested applicants are required to submit their applications through the organisation’s website at www.invictusafrica.org/career.
The application deadline is Sunday, February 15, 2026. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, the organisation stated.
