The National President of Miyeti Allah Kauta-Hore, Alhaji Bello Abdullahi Bodejo, on Thursday purchased the All Progressives Congress (APC) expression of interest and nomination forms to contest for the Taraba Central Senatorial seat.
Bodejo also disclosed during the event at the APC secretariat in Jalingo that the Miyeti Allah Kauta-Hore Socio-Cultural Association is mobilising northern votes for President Bola Tinubu’s second-term bid.
He also decried the proposed APC consensus arrangement, stating that he would not accept any consensus arrangement for the Taraba Central senatorial ticket.
The Miyeti Allah president assured that he would collaborate with Governor Agbu Kefas to attract unprecedented development to the central zone of the state if elected senator in 2027.
Meanwhile, the APC State Chairman, Alhaji Abubakar Bawa, assured Bodejo that the party would ensure transparency in all processes in order to present a credible and popularly accepted candidate.2027: Miyeti Allah president declares interest in Senate, mobilises northern votes for Tinubu
