In a statement issued after the colourful cultural celebration, Ambassador Mamman described the event as spectacular, breathtaking, and a remarkable success, attributing its achievement to the support and goodwill of guests, stakeholders, and well-wishers.

He extended appreciation to the numerous dignitaries and delegations that honoured the kingdom’s invitation, including representatives of the APC Governorship Candidate in Gombe State, Dr. Jamilu Isyaku Gwamna; the Senator representing Gombe Central Senatorial District-in-waiting, DCP Mohammed Ahmadu (Jarman Deba); and Rt. Hon. Inuwa Garba, Member representing Yamaltu/Deba Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.

The kingdom also acknowledged the presence and support of the leadership of the Gombe State House of Assembly, the Overseer of Yamaltu West, Alhaji Dauda Umar, Hon. Danjuma Mele (Garkuwan Lubo and Makaman Yamaltu), traditional rulers from neighbouring chiefdoms, particularly the district heads of Liji, Hina, Kwadon, and Kurba, as well as security agencies and members of the media.

The statement noted that the overwhelming turnout and support from guests contributed immensely to the success of the annual cultural festival, which celebrates the rich heritage and traditions of the Lubo people.

The kingdom prayed for God’s continued blessings upon all those who attended and supported the event, while wishing all guests a safe return to their respective destinations.

“Thank you for celebrating our rich heritage with us. May Almighty God abundantly reward and honour all who honoured the Lubo Kingdom,” the statement added.
