Gombe state governor, Alh. Inuwa Yahaya, has demonstrated his determination to entrench institutional reforms and foster efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, in Gombe State.
According to Ismaila Misilli, Senior Special Assistant Media, to the Gombe state governor in a press release dated 9th November, governor Yahaya has approved additional four (4) advisers to entrench institutional reforms in the state.
“All the appointments take immediate effect.
“Yusuf Daudu Kaltungo, Director General, Bureau of Civil Service Reforms, others are Shehu Yarima Abdullahi, Director General/Coordinator, North East Development Commission ( NEDC), Babayola Mohammed Isa, Director General, Due Process and Project Monitoring and Mr. Nuhu Sada Laumana, Director General, Federal Government Relations Bureau”.
You will recall that governor Inuwa Yahaya, when he received the Director of Bureau of Civil Service Dr. Dasuki Arabi, at the state Executive chamber promised that his administration will institutionalize the civil service according to the governor he had sent an executive order ahead. Gombe state follows closely Kaduna among States with civil service reforms.
