Gombe state Governor, Alhaji Inuwa Yahaya has approved the constitution of the board of Gombe State Transport Company Limited ( Gombe Line).
This is in line with the Governor’s earlier proclamation that Gombe state transport service operates as fully registered Limited liability company as incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission and provided for in the companies and allied matters Act, 2004.
According to a press statement which was made available to justthinkingaloud90.blogspot.com by the Senior Special Assistant Media, Ismaila Misilli, it reads
“It is in line with Governor Yahaya’s determination to entrench sound governance policies and practices that will enhance transparency, accountability and profitability in the services, operations of the transport company, and appointments take immediate effect.
The board consists of the following;
Comrade Danladi Bako as Chairman, other members are Alhaji Muhammadu Allajiyel
Engineer Felix Gambo, Alhaji Lamrana Bose,Mr. Barnabas S. Maspara, Alhaji Ado Gabbanni and Alhaji Buba Sharu” .
