Fire: Gombe Speaker commiserates with Katsina Assembly over inferno

Speaker, Gombe State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Abubakar Luggerewo has commiserated with his Katsina State counterpart, Rt. Hon. Tasi’u Maigari, Honourable members and staff of Katsina State Legislature .
Luggerewo further sympathised with Government and People of katsina State over the inferno that razed substantial part of the State Assembly Complex.
According to a press statement which was made available to our correspondent on Friday, by Information Officer to the house, Abubakar Umar, the speaker expressed sadness over the tragic incidence, adding that this was bearly happening after the popular market inferno.
The statement partly states, “The entire Honourable Members and Staff of Gombe State House Assembly received with shock and great concern the sad news of the incident which happened at a time when the people of Katsina State are still counting loses and recovering from the shock of the Katsina market devastating fire disaster.
Luggerewo urged Katsina State Legislators and the entire people of the State, as people of faith, to take the incident as the will of God, praying “Allah to give them the courage and fortitude to bear the loses.
“Your good friends, brothers and sisters of Gombe State House of Assembly are earnestly praying with you for Allahu Subhanahu Wata’ala to replace the loses and forestall the future occurrence of this horrifying experience in Katsina State.”
