Gombe SSG Consoles Gajere, Sokka families

In the spirit of identiying with the bereaved, the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi was in Kalaring, Kaltungo Local Government Area on Saturday, to Condole with some families over the loss of their beloved ones.

At the family compound of Late Baba Gajere Diude who died at the age of 98, the Secretary to the State Government extolled the good virtues of late Baba and called on the deceased family members to emulate him, describing him as an epitome of patience and peace.
He said, “I have indeed lost a father whose wise Council and advice will be greatly missed.”
He also called on members of the immediate family and the entire Kalaring Community to be console with the fact that Baba lived a fulfilled life having attained the age of 98.

While appreciating the Secretary to the State Government Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi whom he described as a proud Son of the soil, the Village Head of Kalaring Reverend Paul Shehu urged the SSG to be Steadfast advising him and those in Government to discharge their duties with the fear of God, adding that by doing so Gombe State and Nigeria would progress beyond limit.
He said he remains committed to the peace of Kalaring, Kaltungo, Gombe State and Nigeria in general calling on all to join hand’s in prayers to actualize a peaceful nation.
Responding on behalf of the Gajere family, Mr. Yakubu Gajere a Staff of the Gombe State House of Assembly thanked the SSG for identifying with them in their moment of bereavement.
In a related development, the Secretary to the State Government Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi has conveyed Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya’s condolences to the family of Late Ali Garba Sokka who passed away as result of a ghastly motor accident.
Njodi said Governor Yahaya was deeply shocked when he heard of the sad news of the deceased describing his demise as a huge loss not only to the people of Kaltungo but to him as person, adding that Ali Garba was a strong supporter of the Governor since 2011 and prayed Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest in Janna.
He urged the family to bear the painful loss of a Son, father, pillar and bread winner.
Elsewhere, Njodi took time up to visit some elderly sick persons, Njodi who was deeply touched with their condition of Health empathized with them in their moment of pain, while praying for speedy recovery.
The Secretary to the State Government was accompanied on the visit by Member Representing Kaltungo west, Bashir Barau Yakubu, Director General Public Service reforms, Yusuf Daudu Kaltungo, the Permanent Secretary Deputy Governor’s Office, Bala Kaltungo the Director in the Ministry for Local Government Mohammed Dantata Ndus, Chairman Of Kaltungo LGA among others.
