Gov Yahaya restates commitment to inclusion of Fulbe APC Support Forum
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya says his administration will continue to keep his promises to APC support groups in recognition of their immense contributions to the success of the party in the 2019 elections and governance.
Governor Yahaya gave the assurance through the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, when the leadership of Fulbe APC Support Forum Buhari/ Inuwa 2019 visited the Government House on Monday, to show solidarity to the enormous achievements so far recorded by the APC led administration.
The Governor further urged party faithful to excercise patience as Government is doing everything within avilable resources to reach communities,groups and individuals with dividends of Democracy.
While specially appreciating the immense role of Fulbe APC Support Forum established in 2018 to ensure the successes of APC at all levels in the 2019 elections, Yahaya noted that their genuine concerns of inclusion in governance would be addressed through employment of qualified members,political appoinments and social empowerment programmes.
He enjoined them to remain resolute and focus in their resolve to mobilise support towards his second term victory by 2023.
In a remark,the Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Matters Dr. Mohammed Bello who identifies with the activities of the forum appealed to Government to look into the concerns raised with a view to addressing them.
Earlier,the Patron and State Cordinator of the forum Alhaji Bashir Mohammed Nuhu and Alhaji Bhrahamah Idris lauded the achievements of the Inuwa Yahaya led administration especially in the Education, Health, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry and security subsectors among others.
They also pledged their continued support and loyalty to the APC, calling on Government to consider their members in employment,appointments and empowerment programmes.
