‘Gombe Gov’s projects attest to his vision as true leader’ – NISS team declares
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has been commended for the massive provision of quality infrastructures aimed at putting the state on the pedestal of sustainable development.

The chairman of participants of Executive Intelligence Management Course 15 of the National Institute of Security studies Abuja, Mr. Mohammed Faruk Nargu who made commendation Wednesday, while inspecting the on going construction of brand new General Hospital Kumo said aside the quality of work the project testifies to the vision of a true leader who is committed to the well-being of his people.
Mr Safiyanu Umar also expressed delight that even with the financial crunch in the country Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has shown commitment for good leadership.
Conducting the participants of the National Institute of Security studies at the 150 bed hospital, State Commissioner of Health, Dr Habu Dahiru said the health facility was built and commissioned in 1996 without due diligence to scientific understudy of the site soil leading to its submerged and total degradation.
He said this informed the directive of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya administration for the demolition of the dilapidated structures and the construction of a standard one to stand the test of time for the benefit of the people.
The Commissioner also led the team to the snakebite research and treatment hospital in Kaltungo where he disclosed that the state government is providing free treatment on patients irrespective of where they come from with the contributions of development partners.

The team was earlier at Operation Safe Corridor, the Deradicalisation, Rehabilitation and Reintegration camp of willingly repented Boko Haram and ISWAP fighters and and were received and briefed on its activities by the Commandant Colonel Uchenna Charles Nnamuike.
