Gombe SSG receives Senior Pastor of Gateway Christian Centre
The senior Pastor of the Gateway Christian Centre Barr. Hyeladi Meshelia, was earlier at the office of the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, to thank the Gombe State Government for the recent commissioning of Solar street light provided by the Church as corporate social responsibility.
Meshelia explained that the commissioning of the Solar street light installed by the church in some streets in Tunfure served as a moral booster to the Gateway Christian Centre and a confirmation of a government of inclusivity, championed by Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya.
Responding, the secretary to the Gombe State Government (SSG), Njodi commended the church for complementing the effort of Gombe State Government towards illuminating the State with lightening system.
He assured the senior Pastor of Gateway Christian Centre and the entire christians in the State of Governor Muhammadu Yahaya administration’s commitment to create an enabling environment for religious organisations to thrive.
Highpoint of the visit was the presentation of souvenir to the SSG in appreciation of his commitment towards the success of the commissioning ceremony.
