Nigeria Security And Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Gombe State Command, Public Relations Officer, DSC Buhari Saad on Wednesday, received on a familiarisation visit the newly appointed Police Public Relations Officer Gombe State Command.
The new PPRO, ASP Mahid Muazu Abubakar said his visit was geared towards improving the existing synergy between the two Government security organisations.
Abubakar also solicited for a cordial working relationship between the Police and the NSCDC, adding that it would have positive impact on lives and property in the state.
He revealed that the farmiliarisation tour was one driven on smoothening existing relationships and leveling grounds for the operation of the sisters agencies.
Responding, Saad welcomed the newly posted Police spokesperson and promised a robust synergy and effective collaboration between the Police and NSCDC in Gombe State.
He revealed that with the latest understanding, alot more would be achieved in protecting lives and property of Gombe people.
