Abubakar Muhammad Bello bags Barden Samarin Nigeria
The Council of Traditional Holders of Youth on Saturday, conferred Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello with the Barden Samarin Nigeria.
According to a letter sighted by our correspondent which was endorsed by the Council Chairman Alh. Sani Uba, Sarkin Samarin Daura.
The council also noted the contribution of Bello (MNATE), to the community in the areas of youth empowerment, health, education and other humanitarian activities were outstanding. 
PERISCOPE NIGERIA recalls that Bello boasts of more than ten traditional titles from different traditional institutions they include; Sarkin Shanun Yamaltu, Sarkin Dajin Akko, Ardon Yarima Gombe, Dan Moyin Pindiga, Dan Iyan Gona, Sarkin Dajin Funakaye, among others.
The letter revealed that It’s because of Bello’s huge humanitarian outreaches that they found it worthy to confer the top traditional title of Barden Samarin Nigeria which was approved by HRH. Alh Sani Uba Daura.
Speaking during the ceremony, HRH Alh. Daura said that the Council of traditional holders of Nigerian Youth decided to honour Bello and other dignitaries with the traditional title considering their track records of humanitarian services and contributions to their respective communities.
He further charged the title holders to uphold the virtue seen in them by the council, while taking this as another opportunity to do more for the community.
In his speech, Bello expressed his appreciation to the Council for finding him worthy of this title alongside other responsibilities, while pledging to continue doing more for the community.
The highlight of the ceremony was the display by cultural groups across the country, other personalities and thousands of well-wishers and supporters.
The coronation was done at Gidan Dan Hausa Nasarawa GRA, Kano on Friday 20, May 2020.
