The newly inaugurated Gombe Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board visit to the Airport

The newly inuagurated Board of Gombe State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board visited the Gombe International Airport in preparation for the airlifting of intending pilgrims to holy land.
The Chairman of the Board who is also the Emir of Dukku, His Royal Highness, Alh Haruna Abdulkadir Rasheed, and the Executive Secretary of Gombe State Pilgrims Welfare Board ,Alhaji Sa’adu Hassan Adamu, with other members also visited Hajj Camp and commended the level of preparation.
In the statement by the information officer, Hauwa Mohammed which was made available to newsmen in Gombe noted that the Board also inspected runway lightning repair work where they certified that work has reached 99 percent completion.
Also, Alhaji Adamu appreciated the level of work done and commended them for their efforts and courage.
Meanwhile, they were conducted round the Airport facilities by the Manager, who expressed optimism that the repairs would be concluded within the stipulated time frame.
