Gov Yahaya gifts 1,007 Gombe pilgrims N40,000 each
The Governor of Gombe State Alh. Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has donated the sum of 200 Saudi Riyals equivalent of N40,000 each to the State Pilgrims who performed this Year’s Hajj exercise as a Sallah gift (Goro sallah).
The Executive Secretary of the State Pilgrims Welfare Alh Sa’adu Hassan Adamu disclosed in a statement sent to Periscope Nigeria.

Alh Sa’aduHassan who thanked the Governor for the gesture, called on the pilgrims to reciprocate by offering special prayers on the special day of Eid Adhan to the State and the Country at large.
The beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the governor, praying Almighty Allah to reward the Governor and the officials of the board.
Meanwhile, the state contingents after spending the day at the mount Arafat, completed their first and second stoning of Jamrat, preparing to proceed to Mecca tomorrow Monday after stoning the third Jamrat.
