Foundation empowers Gombe youths, women with four motorcycles
No fewer than four motorcycles popularly known as ‘Achaba’ have been distributed by the Executive Director of Sarkin Shanu Foundation for Youth and Community Development, Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello.
Periscope Nigeria reports that Bello, authorised the distribution on Monday to both youth and women beneficiaries.
The handing over of the motorcycles to the beneficiaries was conducted at the foundation office in Dadin Kowa.
Our Correspondent reports that the empowerment motorcycles were handed over by Mal. Aminu Chiroma, Hassan Bello Santuraki, Alh. Shagari Shehu on behalf of the the Executive Director.

Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Gwaman Arewa a team lead from Bajoga extended warm appreciation to Bello, for keeping the hope of farmers alive especially by empowering his people, adding that it has shown Bello’s commitment to the people and desire to succeed in his task as chairman RIFAN special project Gombe State.
Speaking earlier, Saturaki, while handing over the motorcycles to Gwamnan Arewa for onward distribution to the RIFAN Special Project team in Bajoga said this was as in the Executive Director’s effort to motivate them and ensure performance.
“To enable them ease the activities of farm monitoring, harvest and recovery from farmers,” he added.
