Gombe Gov witnesses Mai Tula’s daughter wedding with Shehu Ibrahim
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, on Saturday handed the hand of Mai Tula’s daughter, Miranda Firdausi Buba Attare in marriage to her groom Mustapha Shehu Ibrahim.
The weeding ceremony which took place at Mai Tula’s Palace was consumated after the payment of one hundred thousand naira dowry by the representative of groom.
Governor Yahaya who was represented by Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi stood in for the bride.
Special prayers were offered for the blessings of the marriage and peace of the state.
Meanwhile, the Secretary to state government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi has led a powerful government delegation to deliver Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s best wishes to Mai Kaltungo Engr. Saleh Mohammad for the successful commissioning of Kaltungo Central Mosque on Friday.
The elated Mai Kaltungo appreciated the Governor and the state government for it’s tremendous support to the success of the history making event.
The SSG was accompanied by the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice Barrister Zubairu Umar and his counterpart of the Special Duties Ministry, Christopher Abdu Buba Maisheru.
