IHERIS University nominates Bello for Honoris Causa in October
The IHERIS University Lome has commended Abubakar Muhammad Bello, for his giant stride and effort in promoting youth and community development in Gombe State and beyond.
According to a letter which was made available to our correspondent on Wednesday, endorsed by the registrar of the University, Dr. Adamu Muhammad Wakili.
The letter partly read, “The University having gone through your track record as an astute philanthropist, a public-spirited individual, and an accomplished administrator per excellence whose penchant for growth and development is luminous following your huge contributions to youth empowerment, skills acquisition programs and community services that have earned you a rare encomium, coupled with your unparalleled philanthropic inclination which has carved a niche for you as a worthy humanitarian ambassador.”
“It is in recognition of these rare and distinctive qualities, the Governing Council of our University has selected you to receive our revered Honorary Doctorate Degree in Social and Community Development come 29th October 2022 at Palace de Congress, Lome, Republic of Togo,” the letter added.
