Liverpool football club of England star Mohamed Salah, has donated $156,634 which is equivalent to 3 million Egyptian dollars to help rebuild a church in Giza, Egypt where fire killed 41 people on Sunday.

 

Periscope Nigeria recalls that no fewer than 41 congregants in a 1,000 capacity church reportedly died in an inferno.

CNN reported via their official website that at least 18 children died when the fire incident broke out due to electricity fault which happened at air-conditioning unit.

Ontime Sports, reported that Liverpool football club star Mohamed Salah has donated 3 million Egyptian dollars to the Church and it is believed to be $156,634.

Salah, was born in Nagrig in Northern Egypt, and he is not a stranger in rendering help to the less privilege in Egypt, Africa and England.

The Sunday times reported that Mohamed Salah is among the most generous footballers, and he has given out the sum of £2.

5 million recently, and that’s equivalent to 6% of his £41 million wealth.

The former Chelsea football club star was on action for Liverpool football club on Monday night, as they played out a 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace football club at Anfield Stadium.
