Sarkin Shanu Condoles Funakaye Emirate over the demise of Emir
The Coordinator, Gombe State RIFAN Special Project Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello, on Sunday condoled the people of Funakaye Emirate over the demise of the Emir, Alh. Muazu Muhammad Kwairanga III.
Bello popularly referred to as Sarkin Shanun Yamalatu, expressed his sadness over the Monarch’s passage.
Emir Kwairanga, died on Saturday after a brief illness which our Correspondent gathered to be heart-related, after about about 16 months in office as traditional ruler.
Bello’s delegation was received at the Emirate shortly after the Funeral prayer and burial based on the Islamic practice in Bajoga.

He also condoled with his families, people of the Funakaye and Gombe State at large.
He said, “I want to use this medium to extend my heartfelt condolence over the demise of our father and Emir Alh. Muazu Muhammad Kwairanga III to the Emir of Gombe, Chairman Council of Emirs, Executive Governor of Gombe State, Alh. Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, families of the late Emir, People of Funakaye, Gombe State.
“May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him special residence in Jannatul Firdaus.”
