Buhari: Budget christening, the realities
The current administration within it about eight years reign has tinkered with different names for it budget presentation.
The Periscope Nigeria reports that the Buhari’s administration which emerged in 2015, first presented its maiden budget with the theme budget of change in 2016.
Some analysts have wondered the realities of the names to the economic situation of the country.
