Sarkin Shanu Foundation Distributes Free Fertiliser, Tuition-Free Scholarship Slot to Emirs in Gombe
Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello, has distributed free fertiliser and Tuition-free Scholarship slots to enable potential students study at IHERIS University Togo to Emirs in Gombe State.
Bello, who is also the Sarkin Shanun of Yalmatu Deba, is the Coordinator of RIFAN Special Project Gombe State Chapter.
Periscope Nigeria reports that he has approved the distribution of Fertiliser and 20 Tuition-free scholarship slots to Study at IHERIS University Togo to the Emirs.
Speaking Programme Manager of Sarkin Shanu Foundation for Youth and Community Development Muhammad Yahaya, who represented Bello, disclosed this in an interview with our correspondent in Billiri.
Yahaya said, “Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello said the free fertiliser comes as input support to the farmers and Emirs to be used on their farms as a way of encouraging more people to engage in agriculture, to boost food security in Gombe State and Nigeria at large.”
According to him, the free fertiliser was delivered to Mai Tangle in Billiri, Lamido Akko in Gona, Yeriman Gombe, Lamido Gona in Akko, and Emir of Pindiga in Pindiga.
“Tuition-free scholarship form slot to study at IHERIS University Togo was also presented to the Emir of Akko, Emir of Pindiga, Emir of Kaltungo, Emir of Yamaltu, Emir of Deba and Emir of Gona,” he added.
