Sarkin Shanu Foundation Donates Books, Refrigerator to College of Health Technology
The Sarkin Shanu Foundation for Youth and Community Development on Friday donated no fewer than 5000 copies of books and new refrigerator to College of Health Technology Deba.

The foundation which is funded by its Executive Director & Founder, Dr. Abubakar Muhammad Bello, is known for the remarkable efforts at revamping education in Akko and Yalmatu Deba.
Our Correspondent reports that the Foundation has carried out a number of humanitarian works, especially in the areas of health, youth and women empowerment, agriculture and education.

The Dadinkowa Office Programme Manager, Alh. Aminu Garba, led the Foundation team to Deba College of Health and Science Technology for the distribution of free exercise books and a brand-new refrigerator.
Speaking during the handing over, Garba, reassured of the commitment of the Foundation to do more for the less privileged towards ensuring there is equal access to education at basic schools.
He said, “The Executive Director of the foundation Dr. Abubakar Muhammad Bello, MNATE, has approved the distribution of these copies of exercise books and refrigerators as encouragement and support to this institution.
“You may wish to be informed that the Executive Director’s priority is education and it’s because of that he fully sponsored 20 students on a scholarship to IHERIS University Togo.”
In his response, the administrator commended the foundation and extended his appreciation to the Executive Director for identifying with students and the college at this trying time.
It could be recalled that, Bello, has established well-equipped and functional schools at Kumo and Dadinkowa that currently admit students to Nursery, Primary and Basic Secondary sections.
