Who remembers Nollywood’s Ashley Nwosu?
Ashley Nwosu was one of the actors that made Nollywood interesting.
Born Ashley Chijioke Nwosu. He was born on 21st November 1957. He hailed from Ụmụigu Oboro Ikwuanọ Local Government Area of Abịa State, where he attended both primary and secondary school.
Ashley Nwosu studied Zoology at the University of Nigeria Nsụkka. He was a zoologist.
He had featured in so many movies which include; Young masters, Genevieve, A man for Brenda, Hidden Secrets, Keeping Close, Nigerian Girls, Baby Guards, Okoto the Messenger, Nigerian Girls, Battleline, etc.
Nwosu, played roles of a father, politician, sugar daddy, etc in his movies. The deceased thespian was known for bringing life to whatever role, he was given to the admiration of most of his fans.
He died in 2011 at a Military Hospital Yaba, Lagos State at the age of 54.
