Gombe Gov kicks off re-election campaign rally in Balanga

The APC Governorship Campaign rally for Gombe State Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, re- election on Monday visited the Balanga North.
It may be recalled that on Saturday that the Governor flagged off his campaign rally at Pantami stadium where mammoth crowd of party chieftains gathered to give the rally a beautiful colouration.
Our correspondent reports that the Governor visited Talasse to pay courtesy call on his Royal Father, Alhaji Muhammad Danjuma Muhammad, the Bala-waja Palace to receive his royal blessings and support.
Other areas to be visited according to the statement is Gelengu, Swa, Bangui and Degri while on Tuesday,13th December,2022, the Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, will visit Balanga South in continuation of campaign rally where he is canvassing for votes for the forthcoming 2023 general election to enable him consolidate on the gains of his administration in the first tenure in infrastructural development in the state.
The Campaign Council is expected to visit Nyuwar, Jessu Ndu Gra Cham Palace, Mona, Kindiyo, Chief of Dadiya’s Palace, Bambam and Dadiya respectively.
Also, investigation revealed that Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, is optimistic of the support of the people because of his pragmatic initiative that has direct bearing on the lives and welfare of the people initiated and executed by his administration.
Political observers believe that the Governor has no political rival to unseat him at election in 2023 at the Government House, Gombe.
Also, a former Deputy Speaker in House of Assembly, Hon Mohammed Kunumal who is a member of Inuwa Campaign Council disclosed that from the performance of Inuwa Yahaya, people wouldn’t listen to any party except APC from top to bottom in 2023.
He expressed believe that Inuwa Yahaya has performed greatly in infrastructural development in all areas of the state’s economy.
Emir Muhammad pledges support to Gombe State Governor
The Bala Waja Alhaji Muhammad Danjuma Muhammad, has commended Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya for upgrading the traditional Institutions in the state.
The royal father made the disclosure when Governor Yahaya paid him a courtesy call during the campaign rally held in Balanga North on Monday in his palace.
The royal father also commended the Governor for the recent recruitment of teachers by the State Teachers Commission in which Balanga Local Government came second in the list of those that benefited in the number of teachers newly recruited in the state.
The Bala Waja commended the Governor Yahaya for the numerous projects in the area with the pledge to reciprocate the gestures of his administration.
Speaking, Yahaya promised to consolidate on the projects his administration started by initiating new projects and programmes in the 2023 if elected into office.
He asked them to vote for APC Government from top to bottom for the socio-economic developments and to enable the state Government to complete the multi million naira Balanga Dam abandoned if elected, as the Balanga Dam will provide jobs opportunities, revenue, generate power and increase farming activities in the state.
