Bauchi Agog as Emir gives daughter’s hand in marriage

The Bauchi Central Mosque was filled to the brim on Saturday as Chairman Bauchi State Council of traditional rulers and Emir of Bauchi Dr. Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu, gave out his Daughter, Fatima’s hand in marriage to her spouse Abdullahi Ibrahim.
The wedding fatiha was consummated after the fulfilment of all requirements of Islamic marriage and payment of one hundred thousand dowry by the chief Imam of Bauchi Central Mosque Sheikh Bala Ahmed Baban Inna and witnessed by hundreds of well wishers.
Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, was represented by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Prof. Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, felicitated with the royal family and wished the couple a blissful marriage life in peace, understanding and love for one another.
The SSG was accompanied by Commissioners of Finance and Economic Planning Mohammad Gambo Magaji and his Trade and industry counterpart Mohammed Nasiru Aliyu, Special Adviser on Rural Development Mohammed Shetima Gadam among others.
