Gombe Commissioner Distributes Five Cars, 20 Motorcycles, 15 Smart Phones, N5m to Dukku APC Supporters
Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya says the All Progressives Party Congress (APC), will continue to carter for its hardworking and committed members through a well coordinated reward system.

The Governor who made the assertion on Sunday at an empowerment initiative of the State Commissioner of Finance and Economic Development Muhammad Gambo Magaji, in Dukku also reiterated his administration’s commitment to the welfare of the citizenry.
Represented by the Secretary to the State Government SSG,Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, Governor Yahaya commended the foresight of the convener of the programme which he said was in line with his administration’s vision of improving the livelihood of the people.

Yahaya used the occasion to encourage other spirited individuals or group to borrow a leaf from the Muhammad Gambo Magaji’s gesture, so as to compliment the efforts of government in that direction.

He said, “While infrastructural development is ongoing across all the nooks and crannies of the State, human capital development remains component of transformation of the people from poverty to wealth and job creation for the good of people.”
In a remark, the initiator of the empowerment programme, Magaji disclosed that he was compelled to come up with the programme as a way of paying back the people of Dukku for their unwavering support accorded him by the people since he began his political journey in 2011 to date.
Some Dukku constituentsHe also explained that the items and money given the beneficiaries were partly donated by his business partners and partly out of his personal savings.
Magaji, who appreciated Governor Yahaya for giving him the opportunity to represent the people of Dukku in the State Executive Council which also provided him the opportunity to positively touch the lives of the people and contribute his quota to the development of the State.
The Finance Commissioner therefore enjoined the beneficiaries to ensure effective utilisation of the items to improve their livelihood assuring other supporters that more is coming.
He further appeal to the people of Dukku to canvas and rally support to APC candidates in forthcoming general elections to ensure sustainable and continuity of development across the state.
Alhaji Muhammadu Gambo Magaji added that the beneficiaries were carefully selected due to their sacrifices since the beginning of Governor Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya’s Governorship contest.

South Adamu Umar Mai Masallaci in the State Houses of Assembly said is not only appreciate the beneficiaries for their support but to also motivate them to continue to work for the victory of the party in all elections.
The Commissioner Ministry of Youth Development, Alhaji Abubakar Aminu Musa his Commerce and Industry counterpart, Alhaji Nasiru Aliyu, commended the donor for the gesture calling on the beneficiaries to utilize the items properly.
PERISCOPE NIGERIA reports that the items donated include five cars, 20 motorcycles 10,000 naira each to 500 beneficiaries and 15 Smart Phones.
