APC’s ICC National Coordinator loses polling unit to Labour Party
Nasarawa State former Deputy Governor, Silas Ali Agara, on Saturday lost his polling unit to Peter Obi candidate of the Labour Party.
Agara, is a current Federal Commissioner, National Population Commission. He doubles as the National Coordinator of Independent Campaign Council of All Progressives Congress.

According to a result sheet obtained by PERISCOPE NIGERIA, which was signed by Aminu Joy, the presiding officer, Labour Party polled 122, while the APC scored 46 votes.
Joy disclosed through the sheet that there were 768 registered voters in the polling unit, 238 voters were accredited on election day.
She added that 216 votes cast are valid, while 29 ballot papers were said to have spoilt.
Agara, had voted in CMS polling unit.
Pundits are however, unclear if the polling unit would translate to the Labour Party’s performance in the state.
The result partly read, “INEC Presidential Results for CMS Polling Unit, Gudi; APC – 46, Labour Party — 122,PDP — 23 and NNPP – 4 votes.”
