FRSC decorates 40 newly promoted officers in Adamawa
The Federal Road Safety Corps, in Adamawa Monday decorated 40 newly promoted officers to the next ranks in the service.
Mr Pullen Osadebamwen, FRSC Zonal Commander in charge of Adamawa, Gombe and Taraba states, thanked and commended the Corps Marshall for approving the promotion.
He congratulated them and called on them to understand that promotion comes from God not from any man.
The Zonal Commander charged the newly promoted officers to do more in reducing road traffic accident, educating motorists and the general public on road safety.
He further advised them to also do well for their families while alive especially in providing quality education for their children so as not to leave the responsibility to those that may not do it.
Mr Yalwa Dio, Sector Commander FRSC, Adamawa said the decorated officers were among those who sat for promotion examination in 2022.
He congratulated them and charged them to dedicate to work and redouble their efforts to justify the confidence response on them.
CC Patrick Dabo, who spoke on behalf of the promoted officers thanked the Corps Marshall and the management for approving their promotions.
He said some were expecting to be promoted to the next ranks for over five years and prayed for more officers to be promoted.
He assured that they would redouble their efforts to justify the confidence response on them.
The promoted officers include; six Corps Commander (CC), five Deputy Corps Commander (DCC), one Assistant Corps Commander (AC), 13 Chief Route Commander (CRC).
Others were five Superintendent Route Commander (SRC) two Route Commander (RC) and eight Deputy Route Commander (DRC).
