Gov Yahaya mourns Late Yakubu Istifanus Porgo
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Yahaya has mourned the passage of late Yakubu Istifanus Porgo.
Conveying the Governor’s message, Deputy Governor Manassah Jatau, while on the condolence visit to the family lauded the deceased contributions to the community, state, and party.
He said, “I am deeply sadden and grieved by this loss.”
The governor stated this on Wednesday at Pokwangli, in Kaltungo Local Government area.
Aged 66 Late Yakubu Istifanus left behind his wife Mrs Talatu Yakubu a Former APC woman leader Tungo ward, 7 children, brothers and sisters .
The high powered government delegation comprising of Secretary to the State Government Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, National and States Assembly APC Standard flag bearers from Gombe South along with political office holders from Gombe South prayed for Gods comfort to the bereaved family.
